Agreement Between You and Hu-manity.co
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your acquisition and use of the services on our website hu-manity.co. By
accepting these Terms — either by clicking a box or button indicating your acceptance, or by executing an order form or
other document referring to these Terms — you agree that these Terms form part of the agreement for your use of the
service (the “Agreement”).
These Terms were last updated on August 20, 2026, and are effective between you and Hu-manity.co as of the date you
place an order or log in to or set up an account at app.hu-manity.co. Hu-manity.co reserves the right to change these Terms
from time to time. If a change is material, we will inform registered Customers by email, and the change will take effect
thirty (30) days after that email is sent. If you object to a material change, you may terminate your subscription before the
change takes effect by following the cancellation process in Section 5, and we will refund any prepaid, unused portion of
your subscription fees for the period after termination. Your continued use of our website or the Service after a change
takes effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
In case of any discrepancy between the wording of our website and these Terms, these Terms prevail. Any additional or
different terms proposed by you (whether by purchase order, counter-offer, acknowledgement, electronic data
interchange, or otherwise) are expressly objected to and will not be binding on Hu-manity.co.
These Terms, and other text on our website, may be translated from English into other languages as a convenience.
Translations are unofficial; the English-language version prevails in the event of any discrepancy. Hu-manity.co assumes no
liability for errors, omissions, or ambiguities in translations.
The Services We Deliver — and What You Need to Do
Subject to the sign-up procedure on our website and payment of the Subscription Fee (Section 4), Hu-manity.co will deliver
to you the services described on our website (the “Hu-manity.co Service”) on a non-exclusive basis.
As described on our website, the contents of the Hu-manity.co Service may change based on the number of visits to your
domain. If your domain experiences more than 1,000,000 visits within a 30-day period, we may contact you to discuss
higher-traffic service options. If your domain experiences more than 2,500,000 visits within a 30-day period, and we have
not entered into an individually tailored agreement with you for high-traffic service, automated compliance features of the
Service (such as autoblocking and proof-of-consent storage) may be deactivated for that domain, and we reserve the right
to refund any unused balance and terminate your subscription. Any individually tailored agreement we enter into for high-
traffic domains supersedes and replaces these Terms.
Hu-manity.co organizes its resources to provide a high level of service, targeting at least 97.5% uptime for the cloud service.
Hu-manity.co is a self-serve service for Customers; you can submit questions, comments, or suggestions through the
helpdesk at app.hu-manity.co.
Hu-manity.co Subscription
Current prices are available at app.hu-manity.co. Prices may be changed at any time, subject to ninety (90) days’ notice by
email to registered account holders. If your domain experiences high traffic as described in Section 2, we may require you
to enter into an individually tailored agreement to continue using the Service.
Payment and Invoicing for Customers
This Section 4 applies only if you are a Customer. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance, as selected for your
order, and are payable by credit card. You must provide valid, up-to-date credit card information when signing up, and you
authorize us to recurrently charge that card for services you accept. By accepting a billing agreement through our payment
vendor, you authorize Hu-manity.co to initiate payment collection without further consent.
You are responsible for keeping your payment details current, and may update them via the subscription portal at any time.
Subscription fees are exclusive of VAT or other applicable local sales taxes, for which you are responsible. Additional
domains or products added during a yearly term may be billed separately to align billing cycles. If you pay by credit card, we
cover the associated transaction fees. All orders are charged in U.S. dollars.
Term and Termination
The Agreement and your subscription are effective from the moment you sign up for the Service (or otherwise access it)
and continue until terminated by you or us. Termination does not affect rights, remedies, obligations, or liabilities accrued
before termination.
If you are a Customer, you may cancel your subscription, or remove a domain from your configuration, at any time,
effective at the end of the current billing period, by using the “Cancel my account” option under “My account” or by
contacting support at app.hu-manity.co. It is your responsibility to remove the Hu-manity.co scripts from your website
before cancelling, since they will stop functioning once your account is cancelled.
Following cancellation, we will retain your account data (including invoices and collected user consent records) for thirty
(30) days to allow you to export it, after which it will be permanently deleted unless a longer retention period is required by
law or set out in our Data Processing Agreement. We may cancel your account at any time for any reason, including your
violation of these Terms or failure to pay applicable fees.
Yearly payments made in advance will not be refunded if you cancel your subscription or remove a domain from your
account, except as described in Section 1 (material Terms changes). Monthly payments will not be refunded if you cancel
part-way through the month.
Responsible Use and Conduct
By accessing the information, resources, services, products, and tools we provide (the “Resources”), whether free or paid,
you agree to use them only for purposes permitted by these Terms and applicable law. In particular, you understand and
agree that:
- You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide to access the Resources, and for maintaining the
confidentiality of your account login information and all activity under your account(s). - You may only permit authorized users with rightfully obtained login information to use the Resources for your
authorized use, in compliance with these Terms, and you may not make the Resources available to any third party
(including by rental, hosting, service bureau, or time-sharing arrangement) or disclose benchmarking or comparative
results involving the Resources. - You will not access or attempt to access the Resources by any automated, unethical, or unconventional means, and
you will not use the Service to store or transmit “protected health information” as defined in 45 C.F.R. § 160.103,
unless we’ve agreed to that in writing. - You will not disrupt or interfere with the Resources, including servers or networks connected to them, or restrict any
other authorized user’s ability to use them; we may suspend your use if it causes or is likely to cause damage to the
Service or another customer. - You will not copy, duplicate, reproduce, sell, trade, or resell the Resources unless we’ve agreed to that in writing, and
the Resources may not be used in any unlawful way or in a way that harms Hu-manity.co or its licensors. - You will cooperate with us to identify and prevent unauthorized use, copying, or disclosure of the Resources, and
notify us promptly of any actual or threatened infringement claim you learn of.
We may provide open communication tools (such as a help desk, comments, forums, or reviews). We do not generally pre-
screen content submitted through these tools; you are responsible for using them lawfully and respectfully, and you agree
not to post content that is illegal, threatening, defamatory, harassing, infringing, unauthorized advertising, or impersonates
any person or entity. We may remove any content we find, in our judgment, to violate these Terms or be otherwise
objectionable, and by posting such content you consent to its removal and waive any related claim against us. Content you
post through open communication tools (other than information provided as part of account registration, which is covered
by our Privacy Policy) becomes our property, and you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, exclusive
license to use it as described above.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hu-manity.co, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, and their officers, managers,
employees, and agents, from losses, expenses, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) resulting from any
violation of these Terms or failure to fulfill obligations relating to your account by you or anyone using your account. We
may take over the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate
with us as reasonably requested.
Privacy and Data Processing
Our Privacy Policy, available at cookie-compliance.co/privacy-policy/, explains how we collect, use, and protect personal
data, and is incorporated into these Terms.
If you are a Customer, our Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”), available at https://cookie-compliance.co/dpa/, governs
Hu-manity.co’s processing of personal data on your behalf as part of the Service (for example, consent records collected
from your website’s visitors). By subscribing to the Service, you agree to the DPA, which is incorporated into and forms part
of these Terms. No separate signature is required.
Disclaimer of Warranty
BY USING OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ALL RESOURCES WE PROVIDE ARE “AS IS” AND
“AS AVAILABLE.” WE DO NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT: THE USE OF OUR RESOURCES WILL MEET YOUR NEEDS OR
REQUIREMENTS; THE USE OF OUR RESOURCES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR FREE FROM ERRORS; THE
INFORMATION OBTAINED BY USING OUR RESOURCES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; OR THAT ANY DEFECTS IN THE
OPERATION OR FUNCTIONALITY OF ANY RESOURCES WE PROVIDE WILL BE REPAIRED OR CORRECTED.
YOU FURTHER UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ANY CONTENT DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE
RESOURCES IS OBTAINED AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK, THAT YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RESULTING
DAMAGE OR DATA LOSS, AND THAT NO INFORMATION OR ADVICE FROM HU-MANITY.CO WILL CREATE ANY WARRANTY
NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS. UNLESS OTHERWISE EXPRESSED, HU-MANITY.CO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF
ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY ABOVE, ANY CLAIM AGAINST US IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU
HAVE PAID IN THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS, IF ANY, FOR THE PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES AT ISSUE. HU-MANITY.CO WILL
NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING
FROM YOUR USE OF OUR RESOURCES, OR FROM ANY CHANGES, DATA LOSS OR CORRUPTION, CANCELLATION, OR LOSS OF
ACCESS OR DOWNTIME, TO THE FULL EXTENT APPLICABLE LAW ALLOWS.
Patents, Copyrights, and Trademarks
All content and materials available through the Service — including text, graphics, the website name, code, images, and
logos, and any derivatives — are the intellectual property of Hu-manity.co or its third-party licensors and are protected by
applicable intellectual property law. Any inappropriate use, including reproduction, distribution, display, or transmission of
content on the Service, is prohibited unless we (or the applicable licensor) authorize it in writing.
These Terms grant you no ownership interest in the Resources — only a limited, revocable right of use. You agree not to: (i)
reverse engineer, reverse compile, decrypt, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Resources
(except to the limited extent applicable law prohibits this restriction); (ii) modify, translate, or create derivative works of the
Resources; (iii) sublicense, resell, rent, lease, distribute, or otherwise transfer rights to the Resources; or (iv) embed the
Resources in third-party applications unless we explicitly permit it. If we ask you to confirm your compliance with this
Section, you must do so within fifteen working days, or we may treat the failure as a material breach of these Terms.
Governing Law and Venue
This website is controlled by Hu-manity.co. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree that the laws of
the State of Delaware, U.S.A. govern all matters relating to your use of our website and any purchase of products or
services through it. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms or the Agreement (including as to their
validity or formation) will be resolved exclusively in the applicable courts located in Delaware, U.S.A.
Confidentiality
If you receive Confidential Information of Hu-manity.co or its affiliates, you will, during the Term and for two years after
termination or expiry, keep it confidential and protect it with no less than reasonable care, and use it only to implement this
Agreement. “Confidential Information” means non-public, proprietary information (including trade secrets, software, and
technical or business information such as user guides) disclosed to you in connection with this Agreement, excluding
information that is or becomes public through no fault of yours, was already in your lawful possession, is lawfully disclosed
to you by a third party, or is independently developed by you. When this Agreement ends, you will destroy or continue to
keep confidential any Confidential Information in your possession.

the email address you provided at sign-up.
Hu-manity.co may assign this Agreement to an affiliate of Hu-manity.co. These Terms, together with any referenced sign-up
form, agreement, policy, or documentation, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service,
superseding all prior proposals, communications, and understandings on that subject.
Any waiver of a provision of this Agreement must be in writing and applies only to that instance; it is not a waiver of any
other provision or any later breach. This Agreement confers no rights on anyone who is not a party to it. Nothing in this
Agreement creates a joint venture, partnership, agency, or employment relationship between the parties.
Hu-manity.co is a trademark of Hu-manity Rights, Inc., the party in interest under these Terms.
If you are part of a U.S. Government agency or department, use of the Service is restricted in accordance with the Federal
Acquisition Regulations (civilian agencies) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (military agencies);
the Service is a “commercial item,” “commercial computer software,” and “commercial computer software
documentation,” and any Government use is governed solely by this Agreement.
