Cookie Compliance comes in two plans: Free and Professional (Pro). Both plans deliver the consent banner, runtime enforcement foundation, and Consent Logs. Pro unlocks advanced consent controls, multilingual tooling, richer Autoblocking management, unlimited retention, and full reporting.
What both plans include
- Consent banner & model — Access Levels (Private, Balanced, Personalized) mapped to Purpose Categories (Basic Operations, Site Optimization, Content Personalization, Ad Personalization).
- Update consent — a persistent control to reopen the banner and change a choice.
- Policy links — Privacy Policy and Do Not Sell/Share links.
- Autoblocking (core) — baseline hold on non-essential vendors before consent.
- Consent Logs (in-app) — visible audit entries within your plan’s retention window.
- Integrations — WordPress plugin (follows page locale; works with WPML, Polylang, TranslatePress) and manual embed.
- English language — complete by default; missing strings in other languages fall back to English.
Free plan limits (read before launch)
- Traffic cap: 1,000 visits / 30-day cycle. After you exceed the limit:
- The app stops recording Proof of Consent.
- Autoblocking turns off (vendors may initialize before consent).
- Consent analytics stop receiving data.
The banner still shows and stores consent only in the visitor’s browser. Full functionality resumes with the next 30-day cycle or after upgrading the domain to Pro.
- Retention & volume caps
- Cookie Consent: 7-day log history (viewing and export).
- Privacy Consent: up to 100 records.
- The dashboard shows and exports a 7-day Cookie Consent log history; no Privacy Consent export and no anonymization controls. CSV export in the WordPress plugin needs Professional.
What Pro adds
Consent & policy controls
- Default Consent Level — set the starting posture per policy and region.
- Consent choices selection — choose 2-option (Accept/Reject) or 3-option (Private/Balanced/Personalized) flows.
- Consent Modes switches — Meta (Facebook) and Microsoft. Google Consent Mode is on both plans.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC) handling. (Do Not Track (DNT) is on both plans.)
- Consent Duration UI — set how long consent lasts. Letting visitors pick a duration (Show Duration) is on both plans.
- Reset Cookies on choice — reset state when consent is set or changed.
- Geolocation defaults — Managed or Manual rules that set regional baselines.
Autoblocking management
- Custom Providers & URL Patterns — add/edit vendor definitions and blocking patterns directly in the app.
Languages
- Multilingual — add unlimited domain languages (Free includes one additional language), edit all banner strings per language, choose selection strategy (Site Language or Browser Language), set per-language policy links.
Data & reporting
- Data anonymization — mask identifiers for Cookie Consent and Privacy Consent logs.
- Consent Logs export — full-history Cookie Consent CSV export, Privacy Consent export and Proof reports.
- Unlimited retention — no cap on Cookie/Privacy consent logs (subject to account policy).
Design helpers
- Display timing — delay the first banner display when your policy allows it.
Dashboard differences
- Pro dashboard adds Live visits, Autoblocking Activity, and Devices cards for at-a-glance health.
- Free dashboard shows a minimal overview without these live data cards.
Support
- Free: standard support; replies can take up to 72 hours.
- Pro: priority support; issues get escalated quickly and are typically resolved within 24 hours of first contact.
